1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dossiefoyer HR platform, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. User License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Dossiefoyer HR dashboard for organizational management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the proprietary code or design patterns.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the platform.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Data Privacy

We take the security of your employee data seriously. All data uploaded to Dossiefoyer HR is encrypted and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your employees to upload their data to the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dossiefoyer HR or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the platform.
